CIRC 2018 Announced
The call is out for participants in the 2nd Annual Canadian International Rover Challenge!
Creating opportunities for students to learn about and get involved in space technology in Canada…
The Canadian Space Technology Advancement Group (CSTAG) is a Federally incorporated not-for-profit organization formed by University of Saskatchewan Space Design Team (USST) alumni. We identified that there was a need, and an opportunity, to have a major Mars rover challenge hosted in Canada.
The first competition being hosted by CSTAG is the Canadian International Rover Challenge. A trial run of this competition was hosted in July of 2017 at the Midland Provincial Park in Drumheller, AB.
The competition is continuing with the 2018 competition planning well underway. More information can be found on the CIRC website at circ.cstag.ca.
Canadian Space Technology Advancement Group’s objectives include purpose is to inspire students from around the globe to challenge the frontier of space technology through the facilitation of educational activities.
